It is the optical module production and research and development base of NeoPhotonics, a leading device supplier in the global fiber optic communication industry in China, and one of the excellent suppliers of Huawei (the fastest-growing telecommunications network equipment provider in the world).

Project Background

1. The supply chain operation efficiency of Feitong Optoelectronics is low, lacking assessment and evaluation mechanisms, and unable to accurately grasp the real situation of business operations;

2. Lack of effective management of demand and inadequate control over procurement, ordering, delivery, and warehousing in the plan;

3. R&D is disconnected from market demand, unable to respond quickly to market demand, new product launch cycles are long, and innovation lacks competitiveness.

Project Process

1. The Realscheme Consulting team helped Feitong Optoelectronics develop a "three-year strategic plan" and completed the construction of the core management system in three stages, including supply chain management, research and development management, and human resource management;

2. Integrated supply chain: Drawing on the best practices in the industry and the actual situation of Feitong Optoelectronics, we have streamlined and optimized the supply chain process architecture of Feitong Optoelectronics, and established a supply chain process system based on the SCOR model;

3. To improve business performance, we assisted Feitong Optoelectronics in rebuilding its R&D system and established a market-oriented R&D management mechanism;
