【Key Responsibilities】
1. Assist with preproject preparation, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing background information and materials.
2. Support project planning, meeting coordination, and progress tracking to ensure timely and highquality project completion.
3. Organize and maintain project documents, reports, contracts, and other related files.
4. Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis.
5. Update the firm’s internal knowledge base and share industry trends and best practices.
6. Participate in marketing activities, market research, open training sessions, and other related events.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Outstanding student leaders preferred. Strong spoken and written English skills are a plus.
2. Majors in Industrial Engineering (IE), Printing & Packaging, Quality Management, or related fields preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PPT creation and flowchart development.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
5. Good logical thinking, data analysis, and report drafting skills.
6. Willingness to travel as required.
