 What is a Rare Campus Ambassador?

As a Rare Campus Ambassador, you will serve as the bridge between Rare and your university. You will be an organizer and promoter of Rare on campus, participating in a range of campus activities, and cocreating and witnessing exciting moments on Rare's journey across campuses.

 Who we are looking for

Target Audience  Current students graduating in 2024 or later (bachelor, master, or PhD – any major)

Opinion Leader: Strong influence on campus, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for social interaction

Social Guru: Proficient in using social media, topnotch social skills, and maxedout communication abilities

Talent Expert: Skilled in a specific area such as photography, video editing, event planning, etc.

Experience as a student council or club leadera plus

Access to campus channels or personal networksa plus

Experience in community operations or event organizationa plus

Outgoing personality, creative thinker, proactive, and selfmotivateda plus

Promote Rare's brand and culture, enhancing the company's employer brand reputation and attractiveness on campus.

Use your exclusive campus referral code to leverage your network and recommend outstanding students to join Rare. Learn about Rare's campus recruitment information and processes to provide timely job-seeking support to your peers.

•   Community Operator

Build and manage a Rare campus job‑seeking community, address campus recruitment inquiries, listen to student feedback, and contribute ideas to improve the campus recruitment experience.

•   Event Executive

Promote Rare's campus recruitment activities and assist in the planning and execution of online and offline campus events.
