【Key Responsibilities】
1. Lead consulting business development – identify client opportunities (either independently or from company-provided leads), conduct in-depth research to understand client pain points, draft or review consulting proposals, present solutions, and secure client contracts.
2. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term collaboration; continuously monitor client developments and proactively propose management improvement recommendations.
3. Oversee consulting project implementation – apply effective consulting methodologies and technical approaches to guide execution, and rigorously monitor project progress, quality, and payment collection.
4. Build and manage the consulting team.
5. Provide training and professional development support to team members and other colleagues within the firm.
【Qualifications】
1. Age 35 or above; bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized domestic or international university (master's degree preferred).
2. At least 10 years of midtosenior management experience in a mediumsized or larger enterprise.
3. Proven track record in enterprise management consulting, having successfully delivered multiple consulting projects in areas such as strategy, marketing, internal operations, human resources, and process construction.
4. Deep expertise in 1–2 management domains with a working knowledge of several others.
5. Ability to independently manage presales communications, understand client needs, deliver training, execute projects, and provide ongoing client service.
6. Strong verbal communication, presentation, problemanalysis, and public speaking skills.
7. Candidates with a demonstrated ability to develop new business or with an extensive network of social and client relationships are preferred.

2. Lead project team members to successfully execute and deliver consulting engagements.
3. Build and develop the consulting team, foster a collaborative team environment, and continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities.
4. Participate in presales support activities, including indepth client followup, bid organization, onsite presentations, and other business development efforts.
5. Develop, design, and deliver internal research topics or training courses.
6. Lead the optimization of consulting products, tools, and methodologies in any of the above domains (strategy, marketing, process, HR, R&D, supply chain), improving consulting production techniques and standards.
【Qualifications】
