Additionally, as YKK Group implemented the "Value-oriented Supply Chain" initiative, the South China production base, being a critical node, needed to be prioritized for optimization.

Through cooperation with real scheme, the supply processes of the Yoshida Zipper production base were comprehensively restructured, resulting in significant improvements in organizational performance and indirect personnel efficiency.
