The consultant team from Rare successfully completed on-site operational management system research and management diagnostics for six printing and packaging companies.

The expert team from Rare Consulting Co.,Ltd., at the invitation of the Shunde Printing Association in Guangdong Province, conducted a two-day training for over 80 member companies of the association. The first day focused on the theme "Strengthening Basic Management and Advancing Lean Development," while the second day was dedicated to "Focusing on Quality Management and Creating Printing Enterprise Brand Stars."

Following the training, Rare hosted an event offering "On-site Management Diagnosis for 6 Member Companies." In mid-June, after two weeks of research, the Rare consulting team completed the operational management system implementation research and diagnosis for six printing and packaging companies, including Aimei Printing and Xinglang Printing.
