Project Background


Since its establishment, Budweiser (Wuhan) Brewing Company Limited has experienced rapid business growth. However, the labor costs of indirect management departments and indirect production departments have become excessively high. The company's management seeks to leverage external expertise to drive change and reorganization, optimize indirect labor, enhance overall operational capability, and ensure that the company's management level remains consistently competitive.


Project Process


1. The RIO consulting team conducted a comprehensive and systematic investigation, analysis, and diagnosis of the existing supply chain organizational performance of Budweiser (Wuhan) Brewing. Through data collection, document analysis, employee surveys, and internal discussions, the team clarified the next steps for improvement and the direction to take.

2. Developed a detailed phased project implementation plan and objectives, prepared the project charter, SOW, project organizational structure, audit system, project reward system, etc., launched a pilot project and began implementation.

3. During the project, helped the customer introduce advanced AI tools (Task mining, process task mining, and RPA), achieving RPA management for some positions.
