Jinjia Group is the absolute leader in China's cigarette label packaging industry. Leveraging its deep integration with the tobacco system and its advantages in high-end consumer goods packaging, the Group has long maintained a leading position in the industry.
In order to replace its self-developed corporate information system, Jinjia Group partnered with RIO to introduce a company operation process reengineering project.
RIO reviewed 260 core operational processes and developed a three-level process structure. Foreign consultants from RIO's Germany and Portugal teams participated in the project concurrently, introducing industry best practices and benchmarking references.
