Through organizational optimization, process reengineering, data system development, and the introduction of lean management tools and methods, the company drove management transformation and cultural reshaping, significantly reducing various operating costs. The ratio of labor costs to sales improved by 4.5%, material waste decreased by 2.3%, output value per capita increased by 25%, and the company's gross profit margin increased by 8%.
